1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the website published at www.legalcraftadvisoryth.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, submitting the contact form or otherwise contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the use of the Site. The terms that govern the legal services we perform for a client are set out separately in the engagement letter signed for each matter.

2. Who we are

Legal Craft Advisory is a legal services firm based in Bangkok, Thailand, advising foreign entrepreneurs on company incorporation, BOI promotion, business licensing, visas and work permits, accounting and tax compliance, and commercial contracts.

3. Legal notice and disclaimer

Timeframes, capital requirements, ownership thresholds and cost indications published on the Site are illustrative examples based on common cases. They are not a promise, a guarantee or an offer, and the outcome of any application ultimately rests with the competent Thai authority.

4. No attorney-client relationship

Reading this Site, sending us an enquiry, or receiving a general reply from us does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship between you and Legal Craft Advisory. That relationship is created only when both parties sign an engagement letter for a defined scope of work, as described in section 5.

Because no relationship exists before that point, please do not send us confidential or privileged material through the contact form. Send only the information needed for us to understand your enquiry. We will nevertheless treat what you do send as confidential, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. How an engagement is formed

We normally proceed in this order:

1. You contact us through the Site, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp.
2. We hold a free consultation to understand your project.
3. We issue a written proposal setting out the scope of work, the deliverables, the timeline and a fixed fee.
4. The engagement begins when the proposal or engagement letter is accepted in writing by both parties and any agreed advance payment has been received.

Until step 4 is complete, we are under no obligation to act, to meet any deadline, or to preserve any legal position on your behalf.

6. Quotes, fees and government charges

Our professional fees are quoted as fixed fees for the agreed scope. Unless the proposal states otherwise:

• government fees, registration duties, translation, notarisation, courier and travel costs are charged separately at cost;
• work falling outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it is carried out;
• fees already incurred are not refundable if an application is refused by an authority for reasons outside our control, since the work has been performed;
• taxes are applied in accordance with Thai law.

Any figure shown on the Site is indicative only; the fee that applies to you is the one stated in your written proposal.

7. Enquiries and free consultations

The free consultation offered on the Site is a preliminary discussion of your project. It is limited in time, it does not include the review of documents, and it does not constitute advice you may rely on to take a decision. We may decline an enquiry, or decline to act, without giving reasons — for example where there is a conflict of interest or where the requested activity would not be lawful in Thailand.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. We are entitled to rely on it, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

8. Accuracy of the information

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, up to date or free of error. Statutory requirements, official fees and administrative practice in Thailand change, and pages may not reflect the most recent change at the moment you read them. Testimonials describe the experience of individual clients and are not a prediction of the result of any other matter.

9. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information, another person's data without their authority, or abusive or misleading content through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its administration area, its database or any connected system;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the normal operation or security of the Site;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract content for republication or for building a competing service.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, layout, graphics, the Legal Craft Advisory name and logo, and the arrangement of all of it — are owned by Legal Craft Advisory or used under licence, and are protected by Thai and international copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, adaptation, republication or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Documents we prepare for a client are governed by the intellectual property terms of the relevant engagement letter, not by this section.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp for messaging and external providers used to deliver fonts, icons and the contact form. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability of the Site

The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, temporarily or permanently, without notice and without liability. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legal Craft Advisory and its partners, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
• reliance on any general information published on the Site;
• any act or decision of a Thai authority, bank or third party;
• any delay or refusal in a procedure caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including changes of law, administrative practice or the conduct of a counterparty.

Our liability in connection with services actually engaged is governed by the engagement letter for the matter concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Site is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site or from these terms, without prejudice to any dispute resolution clause agreed in an engagement letter.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
